Privacy Notice

Who we are. CÔNG TY TNHH PINNACLE INTERNATIONAL (Pinnacle International Company Limited, enterprise code 0319102662), 6-7 Phan Tôn, Phường Tân Định, TP. Hồ Chí Minh, Vietnam, legal representative Nguyễn Kim Điền, is responsible for personal data collected through pinnacle.com.vn. Our data protection contact is info@pinnacle.com.vn.
What we collect. The site has no contact form, no accounts and no analytics. We collect only:
- what you choose to send us by email to info@pinnacle.com.vn, such as your name, email address and any details you include in your message; and
- standard server logs kept by our hosting provider for security, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request.
Why we use it. To reply to your enquiries and to keep the site running and secure. We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or use it for automated decisions about you.
Legal basis. We use emails only to reply to you, based on your consent when you write to us, and server logs only because they are needed to run and secure the site, as permitted by Personal Data Protection Law No. 91/2025/QH15 and Decree No. 356/2025/NĐ-CP.
Sharing. We share data only with service providers who help us run the site and email (our hosting provider and our email provider, Microsoft 365) under confidentiality obligations, and with authorities where the law requires.
Transfers abroad. Emails sent to us are handled through Microsoft 365, whose data may be stored outside Vietnam. Our hosting provider may also be located outside Vietnam. We carry out this transfer under Law No. 91/2025/QH15 and Decree No. 356/2025/NĐ-CP and rely on our providers' data protection terms.
How long we keep it. We keep enquiry emails for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires longer, and then delete them. Server logs are kept by the host for 30 to 90 days for security and then deleted.
Your rights. You may ask to know, access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your data, refuse or withdraw consent, object, ask us to take measures to protect your personal data, or complain. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out. Contact our data protection contact at info@pinnacle.com.vn; we will reply within the time the law sets.
Security. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Governing law. This notice is governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes go to the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, without affecting any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
Changes. We may update this notice and will post the new version here with its effective date.
